CALDAN D. was established in Bad Hersfeld, in the middle of Germany in 2000 with the objective of getting a strategic, local base in the most important export market for CALDAN. The sales office in Bad Hersfeld started out with two former colleagues from a German engineering company: Frank Berg, today’s Managing Director and Marco Guth, Sales Engineer & Project Manager.
Today the subsidiary has developed into the largest in CALDAN Group employing 20 local persons in a 300 m2 office in Bad Hersfeld.
Furthermore, CALDAN Service GmbH has been founded (2002) supplying service, maintenance and spare parts to Germany, Austria, Switzerland & Eastern European countries.
CALDAN now has more than 1000 highly complex and large systems, some up to 2000 m in length, running in Germany, and neighbouring countries. Among the customers are world renowned brands like AUDI, VW, BMW, CLAAS, DEUTZ, PALFINGER, LIEBHERR, JUNGHEINRICH, SIEMENS, SEW, BOSCH and MIELE.
