Unsere SCADA- und HMI-L\u00f6sungen<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Die bevorzugte SCADA-L\u00f6sung in CALDAN Steuerungen ist Beckhoff Hardware und Aveva Egde. Standardm\u00e4\u00dfig verwenden wir 15-Zoll-Touchscreens in beiden in der Haupttafel an den Bedienerboxen. Diese werden dort platziert, wo die Bediener die Laufwagen und Teile handhaben. Falls erforderlich, k\u00f6nnen diese Panels in verschiedenen Gr\u00f6\u00dfen geliefert werden:<\/p>\n

  • Beckhoff liefert eine breite Palette von Touchpanels in
    verschiedenen Gr\u00f6\u00dfen.<\/li>\n
  • Einer der Vorteile bei der Wahl von Beckhoff ist die Lizenzpolitik.
    Wenn Sie ein Steuerungssystem mit mehreren Bildschirmen haben,
    m\u00fcssen Sie nur eine Laufzeit- und eine Client-Lizenz f\u00fcr jeden
    zus\u00e4tzlichen Bildschirm kaufen.<\/li>\n
  • Beckhoff bietet auch einen Austausch Ihres Panels innerhalb von
    24 Stunden an, wenn Sie ein Beckhoff-Panel installiert haben.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Die SCADA-L\u00f6sung wird bevorzugt, wenn die Visualisierungsl\u00f6sung fortschrittlicher ist, z. B. wenn eine Datenbank erforderlich ist. In diesem Fall verwenden wir einen Industrie-PC von Beckhoff und installieren eine SQL-Datenbank zur Verwaltung der Daten.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    HMI:<\/strong><\/span>
    Die bevorzugte HMI-L\u00f6sung in CALDAN-Steuerungen ist Siemens-Hardware und -Software. Standardm\u00e4\u00dfig verwenden wir 15″-Touchscreens in der Haupttafel und die gleichen an den Bedienerboxen. Diese werden dort platziert, wo die Bediener die Waggons und Gegenst\u00e4nde handhaben. Falls erforderlich, k\u00f6nnen diese Panels in verschiedenen Gr\u00f6\u00dfen geliefert werden:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
