HD100S – CALDAN Bodenf\u00f6rdertechnik<\/h2>\n

Die CALDAN Bodenf\u00f6rdersysteme haben mit der Weiterentwicklung des HD100 zum HD100S \u201eStepper\u201c ein neues innovatives System zu bieten.<\/p>\n

Der HD100S basiert auf den bekannten CALDAN Dreischienensystemen mit den Vorteilen in Stabilit\u00e4t und F\u00fchrungsgenauigkeit.<\/p>\n

Zus\u00e4tzlich bietet der \u201cStepper\u201d durch die Ausf\u00fchrung des Laufwagens die M\u00f6glichkeit, dass Warentr\u00e4ger \u201elotrecht\u201c eine Vertikal Strecke befahren k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Dies bringt mehrere Vorteile, zum einen k\u00f6nnen in der Planung die Steigungs- und Gef\u00e4llestrecken mit weniger Platzbedarf ausgef\u00fchrt werden. Zum anderen kann der Betreiber die Gefahr von abfallenden Teilen in den Steigungen minimieren und eventuell kosteng\u00fcnstigere Warentr\u00e4ger einsetzen.<\/p>\n

Wie alle CALDAN Produkte wurde das System in unserer hauseigener F+E-Abteilung entworfen, konstruiert und umfassend getestet bevor es in den Markt eingef\u00fchrt wurde.<\/p>\n

Spezifikationen:<\/strong><\/span>
Der Bodenkreisf\u00f6rderer Typ HD100S ist ein Dreischienensystem und besteht aus einer Power Profilschiene und zwei au\u00dfenliegende F\u00fchrungsschienen. In der Powerschiene l\u00e4uft die Kardankette agetrieben von einer oder mehreren Antriebsstationen.<\/p>\n

In den seitlichen F\u00fchrungsschienen wird der Laufwagen sowohl \u00fcber vertikale Laufrollen als auch horizontale F\u00fchrungsrollen gef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n

Das robuste System zeichnet sich durch eine hohe Stabilit\u00e4t bei gro\u00dfen Warentr\u00e4gern aus. \u00dcber F\u00fchrungseinrichtungen k\u00f6nnen in z.B den Prozess-bereichen sehr hohe Genauigkeiten f\u00fcr die Laufwagenpositionierung gew\u00e4hrleistet werden. Arretierbare Dreheinrichtungen (90\u00b0 oder 180\u00b0) k\u00f6nnen ebenfalls in Standard-ausf\u00fchrungen auf Kundenwunsch geliefert werden.<\/p>\n
